Analytics and Tracking

Analytics and Tracking Agency.

Traffiy is an analytics and tracking agency that fixes what most brands only think is working. The team designs the measurement plan, wires GA4 and Google Tag Manager, ships server-side tagging on GTM Server or Stape, sets up conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Microsoft, implements Consent Mode v2 for iOS and EU traffic, and rebuilds the attribution model so revenue lines up with what actually caused it. Founder Ahmed Ashraf is a Google Premier Partner in the top 3 percent of agencies globally.

$500M+

Ad spend managed by founder

Tracking built by people who know what a paid-media team needs in the dashboard. Not by pure engineers.

The problem

Why tracking breaks and why nobody notices.

Most brands are running paid media on a leaking tracking stack. The symptoms are familiar: GA4 sessions do not match Ads reporting, iOS conversions vanish after an app update, form submissions double-count, Meta CAPI is misconfigured so revenue is silently under-attributed, Consent Mode was never enabled so 30 to 60 percent of EU traffic is missing from the model. The numbers look fine on the dashboard because nothing throws an error. The paid-media team optimizes toward the wrong number and spend leaks for months before anyone runs a real audit.

30-60%

Of EU conversions typically missing when Consent Mode v2 is not deployed. The dashboard looks normal.

$20K+

Monthly spend threshold where server-side tagging usually pays for itself in recovered iOS conversions alone.

Silent

Most tracking errors produce no error message. The numbers just drift away from reality, quietly.

What gets fixed

The full tracking stack from source to report.

GA4 setup and remediation

Property configuration, custom events, enhanced e-commerce, cross-domain tracking, session settings, DebugView validation.

Google Tag Manager

Client-side container audit, trigger and variable cleanup, tag firing order, dataLayer contract with the dev team.

Server-side tagging

GTM Server on Cloud Run, Stape as alternative, first-party cookie handling, Enhanced Conversions and Meta CAPI wired server-side, iOS conversion recovery.

Conversion tracking on every ad platform

Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, Meta CAPI with Advanced Matching, TikTok Events API, LinkedIn Conversion API, Microsoft UET.

Consent Mode v2

Compliant consent banner wired to GTM, advanced Consent Mode with pings, tested against current EU and UK regulator guidance.

Attribution model

Rebuild from last-click to data-driven or position-based, then reconcile against Google Ads and Meta reporting.

Ecommerce and lead-gen tracking

Purchase funnel for Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla, Zid, and custom builds. Offline conversion upload for Google Ads and CAPI for Meta.

Documentation

Written measurement plan and event dictionary the dev team and paid-media team both read from.

What's included

Audit, build, and ongoing stack health.

01

Fixed-Scope Tracking Audit (10 to 14 days)

Full stack audit of GA4, GTM, server-side if present, every ad platform pixel, and consent stack. Findings report with severity ranking: critical, high, medium, low. A remediation backlog with effort estimates and a walkthrough call.

02

Build Phase (3 to 6 weeks)

Remediation of every critical and high finding. Server-side migration if the audit recommends it. Consent Mode v2 deployment if not already live. Post-build validation against a documented test plan.

03

Ongoing Monthly Retainer

Monthly stack health check, new event and conversion setup as the business ships new products or funnels, attribution review quarterly, and dashboard maintenance in Looker Studio or the client's BI tool.

Who this is for

Five types of buyer who need this fixed.

Brands spending 20,000 dollars a month or more on paid media where the ROAS reported by ad platforms does not match what shows up in Stripe or Shopify.

SaaS teams that want lead-quality feedback loops so Google Ads and LinkedIn optimize toward MQLs and SQLs, not raw form fills.

DTC brands hit by iOS signal loss that need server-side CAPI and Advanced Matching to recover missing conversions.

EU and UK brands that need Consent Mode v2 wired without breaking measurement.

In-house marketing teams that need a specialist to fix the stack once, then hand it back.

Track record

Tracking built by people who know what the ROAS number has to mean.

nør

7x
ROAS

Traffiy drove 420,000 dollars in six weeks for nør at 7x ROAS. The tracking was wired first so the ROAS number in the dashboard reflected actual revenue, not phantom conversions.

Why Traffiy builds tracking

Paid-media background

500M+ in ad spend means the tracking is built for what the paid team needs to see, not for what the analytics team thinks looks good.

Google Premier Partner

Top 3 percent of agencies globally. Enhanced Conversions and server-side tagging are core to the practice.

Bilingual delivery

Every documented measurement plan and event dictionary ships in English and modern UAE Arabic when the client needs it.

AEO and GEO built in

The analytics layer under every AEO engagement is built with the same tracking rigour as the paid media accounts.

Why Traffiy

Analytics built by people who know what the paid team actually needs.

Most analytics agencies build tracking for their own reports. Traffiy builds it for the paid-media team, because that is the team making daily spend decisions. The tracking is correct when the dashboard number lines up with the bank deposit.

Founder Ahmed Ashraf is on every account. Named senior, not a rotating account manager. Google Premier Partner in the top 3 percent of agencies globally. The AEO and GEO service shares the same measurement discipline, so citation tracking and paid-media tracking are built together.

FAQ

Common questions about analytics and tracking.

What is the difference between GA4 setup and full tracking?+

GA4 is the analytics warehouse. Tracking is everything upstream of it: the events fired from the site or app, the ad-platform pixels, the server-side layer, the consent stack, and the attribution model. A GA4 setup not wired to a clean event stream produces polished but wrong numbers. Traffiy treats GA4 as one node inside the tracking system, not the whole system.

Do I need server-side tagging?+

Any brand running paid media on iOS traffic, EU traffic, or spending over 20,000 dollars a month on Google Ads or Meta usually needs server-side tagging to recover conversions lost to browser restrictions and Enhanced Tracking Protection. Small local businesses on Android-heavy traffic may not need it yet. The Tracking Audit answers this question with data, not with a default recommendation.

How much does a Tracking Audit cost?+

Fixed scope, fixed price, quoted on the first call once the stack is described. Delivered inside 14 days. See the pricing page for the current audit band or book a call to confirm.

Can Traffiy fix my Meta CAPI and Google Enhanced Conversions?+

Yes. Meta Conversions API with Advanced Matching, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions for Leads and Web, TikTok Events API and LinkedIn Conversion API are standard build items. The audit confirms which are configured correctly, which are half-configured, and which are missing altogether.

Does Traffiy handle Consent Mode v2 for EU traffic?+

Yes. Full Consent Mode v2 with advanced pings, wired to a compliant banner, tested against current EU and UK regulator guidance. The build includes a documented consent contract so the marketing team knows exactly what is measured when a user rejects cookies.

Does Traffiy work with Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla and Zid?+

Yes. Full purchase-funnel tracking including add-to-cart, begin-checkout, purchase and refund events. GTM data-layer contract shared with the dev team. Server-side migration is available on all four platforms.

What if my dev team has to make the changes?+

Traffiy delivers a documented dataLayer contract, GTM container exports, event dictionaries and a walkthrough call. The internal dev team can implement it. Traffiy validates the deployment against the test plan and signs off, or hands back the findings if something is off.

How is the work reported?+

A monthly stack health report lists tag firing rates, event volumes by source, conversion-count deltas month-over-month, and any drift from the documented event dictionary. The report is attached to a Looker Studio dashboard the client can open any time.
