The brief

Aeropost handles cross-border commerce for LATAM buyers, which means high SKU count, high seasonality, and margin pressure. The Google Ads account had grown without a clean architecture, and the measurement stack was leaking conversions that never made it back into Smart Bidding. Peak season was closing in. The brief was straightforward: rebuild the account and fix the measurement in one week, then let peak season prove it.

How we launched

Two workstreams in parallel. On the media side, the Google Ads account was restructured from scratch: campaign segmentation aligned to margin bands, product feed cleaned for Shopping and Performance Max, Smart Bidding targets set against real cost data instead of a top-line average. On the measurement side, the conversion pipeline was audited end-to-end, missing events restored, and the attribution model updated so the bidding algorithms could see every purchase.

Both went live inside one week. That deadline was not a stretch goal, it was the point.

The result

Peak-season year-over-year: revenue +224%, conversion +90%, ROAS +72%. The rebuild produced the kind of lift that only happens when three problems are solved at once: budget allocation, feed quality, and measurement integrity. Any single fix would have moved the numbers. Doing all three inside one week is what compounded.

What we ran

Full Google Ads restructure, feed rebuild for Shopping and PMax, and a measurement stack overhaul so Smart Bidding had clean signal. One team, one week, one peak season to prove it.

FAQ

Can Traffiy fix an existing Google Ads account that has stalled?+

Yes. Aeropost was a full Google Ads restructure and measurement rework, both live inside one week. Peak-season results year-over-year: revenue +224%, conversion +90%, ROAS +72%. When an account has plateaued, the fix is usually a combination of architecture, feed, and measurement rather than any single lever.

How fast can Traffiy rebuild a Google Ads account?+

Aeropost's rebuild went live in one week, including account restructure, feed optimisation, and a full measurement stack audit. Most ecommerce accounts can be rebuilt inside 5 to 7 business days once access is granted. Peak-season deadlines are treated as hard, not aspirational.
