The brief
Teeshirti came to us as a brand new startup — no existing audience, no ad history, no creative library. Just a strong product and a clear vision: swimwear and bikinis built for women who want to stand out. Our job was to build everything from scratch and make it work fast.
Within two weeks we had the full stack live. Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads all running simultaneously, with a feed structure built for Shopping and dynamic retargeting, a creative strategy designed to perform at each stage of the funnel, and an influencer and creator collaboration programme spanning three countries.
How we launched
We did not wait for perfect. We launched with a tight set of creatives, learned fast, and iterated within the first week. The paid media strategy was built around three channels from day one — each doing a different job. Google handled intent and Shopping. Meta handled awareness and retargeting. TikTok drove discovery and organic-style reach through AI-generated UGCs and creator partnerships.
The creative output was high volume and high quality. We used AI-generated UGC content alongside genuine collaborations with creators across three markets, keeping the brand feeling authentic at scale. Every asset was built to perform, not just to look good.

The result
The first paying customer came in week three. That is not an accident — it is what happens when the creative, the targeting, and the offer are all properly aligned before launch rather than figured out after.
From that point the growth was consistent. Teeshirti now has over 2,000 active customers every month and annual recurring revenue above $1 million. What started as a zero-history startup is now a functioning, growing eCommerce brand with paid media as the engine.
Channels and approach
Three paid channels running in sync, AI-generated UGC content at scale, and real creator partnerships across three countries. The combination gave Teeshirti reach, credibility and conversion all at once — without having to build a large in-house team to manage it.
