The brief
The client came to us with a clear problem and a tight deadline. They wanted a SaaS tool that connected advertising platforms — Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn — directly into AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini through the Model Context Protocol. Advertisers would manage campaigns through conversation instead of clicking through dashboards.
The scope was everything. Product architecture, backend infrastructure, front-end, landing page, pricing, and a plan to acquire the first paying customers. All of it. In one week.
What we built
We started with the product. The MCP server infrastructure connects directly to ad platform APIs and exposes actions that AI assistants can call: create campaigns, adjust budgets, pause ads, pull performance data. Not just read-only analytics. Real, live changes inside live ad accounts.
The technology runs on a secure OAuth 2.0 layer so user credentials never touch the AI. Tokens are encrypted at rest. Every action goes through permission validation before it reaches the ad platform.

The result
The product went live on day seven. We did not soft-launch. We launched properly — with positioning, messaging, and distribution ready on the same day.
Within four weeks, PaidSync.ai had over 100 paying customers on a recurring subscription. ROI, including the full cost of technology build, design, and marketing, exceeded 2× in that window. As MRR compounds, we expect total return to reach 10× inside twelve months.
What made it work
We moved fast because every decision was made by one team with one shared context — product, design, copy, and distribution were not handed off to separate vendors. We ran it all.
